My Profile

Do I need to register/sign-in before booking online?YES, you need to make registration if you want to do online booking. NO, another option is that you can just call/contact our agent or you can go and visit directly the office if you want to do offline booking.

Is there an age requirement in creating a profile? NO, but all customers must be eligible and responsible enough to do online booking and make travel arrangement with us.

I forgot my password? How do I retrieve my profile?You can click the underlined caption: Forgot password? System will ask you to enter your e-mail address and send you confirmation email that will reset your password.

Online Booking

What personal information is needed in order to make my online booking?Personal information including your full name (first, middle and last name), date of birth and country of residence. Make sure that all details are spelled correctly to avoid problems and caused unexpected flight delays.

What is an E-ticket? E – Ticket is the abbreviation of Electronic ticket, a digital ticket or paperless issued ticket to the customers when booking online containing your e-ticket number.

How I will know that my booking is already done and complete? System will automatically send a confirmation email to the same email id you provided.

How I will know that my booking is confirmed? Booking is confirmed after giving all the details needed for your wanted booking flight and payment is also done. Official receipt will also be issued to you.

Can I change the name about my airline ticket? Name changes are not allowed in any circumstances. Once the ticket is issued, the name can’t be changed.

Can I rebook? How much is the rebooking penalty? YES, you can make changes with your booking. Rebooking penalty is checked according to the airline’s policy.

Can I cancel my online booking?YES, you can cancel your booking as soon as possible before the date of departure. Contact the agents immediately because if the changes are not done within the time limit according to the airline’s policy, the ticket will not have any value and can’t be use.

Can I request for a specific seat for my flight? YES, you can make a call/contact our agents and discuss your specific seat with them.

Is there any offline support/assistance, if I don’t want to do online booking?YES, you can make a call/contact our agents and discuss your booking details with them. YES, another option is that you can just call/contact our agents or you can go and visit directly the office if you want to do offline booking.

Payments

How I will make payment? Contact our agents to make payment so that you can discuss what kind of payment you prefer to do.

What is the mode/form of payment for my online booking?By K-Net.

How I will know that my payment is confirmed?The agents will confirm that your payment is already done and complete by giving you the official receipt of your payment.

What are the documents needed for travelling?For international flights, passport is needed, confirmed ticket and a visa depending on the country of your destination if they require. So, please be advised to check if you need a visa.

How many luggage/s are allowed for my travel?There are some policy of how many luggage you can bring with you and how many kilos it can be. It depends on the airline you are travelling with. Extra luggage may be permitted but the airline will charge an extra fee/cost.

With an E-ticket, how do I check – in at the airport?Electronic ticket (e-ticket), a digital ticket or paperless issued ticket to the customers when booking online containing your e-ticket number. Just show your e-ticket together with your passport and other necessary documents when travelling.
